My depression is running my life at the moment, and getting out of bed was nearly impossible for me. I could do nothing short of beg my eyelids to stay open. I couldn’t wait to get mini Demon to the bus so I could crawl back into my warm cocoon of blankets and pillows. I slept all day until 2:45. Hard.
This Mornings Coffee
More like afternoon. It was a special make- Starbucks new Midnight Mint Mocha Frappuccino (which isn’t released until tomorrow!)
Emotional. Just- so, so, emotional.
This Weeks Intentions
My only intention this week is to recover. Recover from the last month of turmoil and move on to happiness. To focus on growing and maintaining my wellness.
This Weeks Goal
– To get out and tour as many of the properties that I am interested in as possible
– To complete the list of work tasks that absolutely need done ASAP as soon as I can verse last minute.
