Well, my Monday started as…a Monday. In attempt to figure my sleep out, I essentially switched to a split sleep schedule. Well, Sunday’s throw that off because the Demon Seed has wrestling, so I have to be up at 9:30 and am up all day…in a gym…full of kids.. So I am exhausted. I try and nap but inevitably end up trying to get some sleep like I used to (ya know, like 3 hours LOL) wellllll, this morning, once I got the Niece of Doom in and tucked in, I feel back asleep. Usually how it goes. I have an hour and a half before we have to be up and get ready for the morning so it’s mindless right? Not if you didnt get any sleep prior! We were SO LATE this morning. No buses. everyone had to be dropped off. Demon was late by like 5 mins and Doom was late by like 15. UGH. so much fail. Monday for sure.

This mornings coffee was brought to you by the quarters in my center counsel and Dunkin. It’s a HUGE iced coffee and mocha and sugar. Yep, that’s right. A chocolately sweet coffee. Deal with it.

Thoughts About the Upcoming Week
School is back in session. Winter session kicked off on the 5th. I am taking a full workload, one class which is math. I will be using this week to get my feet wet in my new classes as well as get my organization on point. Calendars all updated, classes in iStudiez, and prepping my 2019 planner book (yayyy The Happy Planner!). We kick the week off with a Wrestling meet on Sunday, and hit the ground running!

This Weeks Goal
– Get my sleep schedule tuned and on point
–  Get classes all put in planners and apps so I can kill this semester!
–  Get my 2019 Blog Schedule started. I found a kickass little book in Target I want to steal blog ideas from!

I am trying a brand new blend of coffee! It’s called Deadly Grounds and holy hell is it good! Today I had a big cup of the Sinful Delight (which is a chocolate and cinnamon roast!) an amazing start to my day!

My Monday Morning started off on the absolute wrong foot! Slept horribly last night, woke up and by the time I got Mini Demon to the bus we nearly missed it. Following that was work and stress, and it was just an insane morning! Plus side is, it’s the start of a new week!

My depression is running my life at the moment, and getting out of bed was nearly impossible for me. I could do nothing short of beg my eyelids to stay open. I couldn’t wait to get mini Demon to the bus so I could crawl back into my warm cocoon of blankets and pillows. I slept all day until 2:45. Hard.

More like afternoon. It was a special make- Starbucks new Midnight Mint Mocha Frappuccino (which isn’t released until tomorrow!)

Emotional. Just- so, so, emotional.

My only intention this week is to recover. Recover from the last month of turmoil and move on to happiness. To focus on growing and maintaining my wellness.

This Weeks Goal
– To get out and tour as many of the properties that I am interested in as possible
– To complete the list of work tasks that absolutely need done ASAP as soon as I can verse last  minute.

I woke up feeling like I was running a marathon. Life has been completely balls to the wall non-stop the last week, and here I am at my desk feeling like I just got out of one of
those wind tunnels… Nothing left to do but pour some coffee and get to it!

Stretched. I am feeling very stretched thin and pulled in a million directions. I have had so much happen and so much upcoming that it’s like being at the halfway point of a marathon…

This Weeks Intentions
– To not let anxiety win. I can conquer all the things I need to, and I have everything under control. No need to fret!

– To be as upbeat as possible through all of this- to work on envisioning each task I complete like a weight being lifted off.

This Weeks Goal
– To complete every single thing on my weeks To-Do list without migrating it to next weeks! (I am pretty guilty of that from time to time!)
